Client Installation and Setup

This Client Installation Guide provides the following instructions:

1.Installation of CIP client files

2.Set up CIP URL within CIP client installer or manually from CIP Setup

3.Set up Library Builder path within CIP client installer or manually from CIP Setup

4.Set up footprint viewer path

5.Set up and validation of ODBC data source (required when using CIS Explorer)

6.Update CAPTURE.INI for OrCAD Capture CIS

7.Set up and validation of CDS_SITE environment variable for System Capture
